Why would you go into clinical trials and validation testing which is very expensive to do if it doesn't work?

Who says they have? So far all the have done is TALK! Any 'so called' validation and clinical testing that DECN do will not be costing as much as the people behind this are scamming off the shareholders. Show me one piece of VERIFIABLE evidence that ANY of this validation / clinical testing is ACTUALLY happening. Last I heard they were 'narrowing down the selection of clinical testing partner!' That is a paper based exercise that costs no money (and should take almost no time - but this is DECN so it will be strung out like it was some herculean effort!)

The FDA would have already put them on the ban list.

What FDA ban list? The FDA only lists banned entities that make and sell corrupted medications/ medical devices. You have to get approval or sell something without approval before you can be subsequently banned. DECN are yet to make or sell Genviro anywhere. There is no Genviro approval. There are no Genviro sales. How COULD the FDA ban it? DECN have not even made any formal claims about its safety or performance - which the FDA would have to establish were false - as the mechanism of banning it. There would have to be product in circulation for the FDA to ban. There simply isn't! The effect of any ban would be that DECN could not sell Genviro. They can't anyway. So a ban would be moot, until they try!

Yall so quick to go back to this scam conspiracy with only a personal opinion and no facts to back it up.

No facts to back it up? You DO Know that DECN were claiming to diagnose Covid 19 based on detecting virus antigen in blood samples when all the Scientific evidence shows that the virus only ever shows up in infected blood in between 1 and 20% of infected cases, right? So their blood test would miss at least 80% of infections, even if the rest of the Science behind it were not totally hokey as well!(which it is!)

I have provided lost of robust verifiable impartial evidence to back up my "personal opinion". "Facts" a plenty in point of fact.

Add to that the small matter of the SEC suspension, the fact that no COMPLETED EUA applications have yet been submitted (DECNs own admission in their latest SEC response - they are stuck in the PEUA stage as they lack the necessary evidence to progress!) and the fact that statements made by DECN about 100'000s test kits being available to HCPs by June have failed to be realised (isn't it the first 900 test strips due in August?... 2 month late and 99100 systems short!) and the fact that the SEC litigation has shown that DECN has thus far had never got hold of any of the required positive test samples needed to even develop the kit with, let alone show that it worked, and it amounts to a pretty compelling body of evidence that DECN are a bunch of scammers and chancers with nothing for Covid 19 that actually works or is ever likely to. What is Genviro LOD? What is Genviro sensitivity %? What is Genviro specificity %? Can you cite a single verifiable case where a genviro type assay has been used to correctly identify/ diagnose a Covid 19 infection> There is no LOD. There is no sensitivity%. There is no Specificity %. There is no verifiable instance where a genviro type assay has been used to correctly identify/ diagnose a Covid 19 infection.
