Yes, I agree with your opinion. This PPS has been manipulated by the Management with full connivance of the MMs, who have been deliberately 'walking down' the price on such low volume. I don't even know who is selling...It is the Mgmt which has given orders to the MMs to walk down the price just by setting the Bid x Ask lower and lower amongst themselves. Probably to let the "Friends & Family' accumulate at these low prices OR the Mgmt may be having Options with a low 'strike price' and they want to buy at $5.00 or something like that..While this is "Legal", It is Very UNETHICAL...
