$CNNA Did I say disruptive? Check out Fly Beverage Corp, which has two brands: Nectr and Matt's High Soda. The valuation target for Fly Beverage is $20 million and Cannamerican has a sizable stake in this company.

$CNNA has executed a Definitive Agreement to acquire up to 30% ownership in an already licensed mobile cannabis dispensary. This includes a scalable franchise model under development.
