Tweeking the Bullish under 15 indicator

I'm using this Sample setup and I am back to an old question; how do I configure it to get me there a little earlier? As you pointed out earlier, the number of the alert suggests there were 9 previous ones, but the 9th was the first to show up. By then the volume was already substantial the move had begun for PTMK.
