I have NO idea what "Vyst has an installed base in hospitals" even means.

The only thing I can think of is the claim that the Rx3000 is in "400 hospitals" that Vystar has lied about for the past 2 years.

UV Flu made the same claim BEFORE Vystar bought RxAir from them.

So some 400 hospitals supposedly have RX3000 units in them all this time later?

RX3000 units that there have been no replacement filters or replacement UV light bulbs for over 2 years - are supposedly still in service in "400 hospitals"?

That is improbable being that the filters AND UV bulbs must be replaced in MUCH shorter cycles than a year or the machine is basically nothing more than an air moving fan!

The supposed CNN story citing Dr Fauci saying
THEY ARE LOOKING AT ONE SPECIFIC COMPANY THAT HAS SEVERAL FDA CLASS 2 UVC UNITS USED IN HOSPITALS IN MULTIPLE SIZES obviously isn't about Vystar -
being the odds are that Vystar has ZERO RxAir units being used in any hospitals.

But hey, the story sounds good, so run with it.
