I think reverse split will happen before end of this year or another couple billion shares will be increase on the Authorize Shares

How about both? Jack up the O/S to 3B, then perform a R/S 1:10 to take it down to 300M. Of course SHs dreaming of their 1M shares going to $1, will be dreaming of 100K shares going to 0.10 instead. R/Ss are evil creatures.
