We have a majority shareholder now, we do not matter when it comes to voting. The vote has been cast already by this entity owning majority of shares before BK. Change of Control happened. Notice how they changed the language in the employee compensation for Change of Control? 131,607,744 common shares AND 131,607,744 Class A Warrants AND 131,607,744 Class B Warrants. UPON FULL EXERCISE.. .05346 per share, really close to the closing price in NOV of our shares huh???? all IMO of couse but why else would you do this months before filing for BK and CCAA?????? good to Feb 13 2023 as well. SHARES HAVE VALUE !!!!! 131 MILLION NEW SHARES BEATS 129 MILLION REGULAR SHARES. 51% CONTROL. Sec 382 anyone?
