No working capital given, Devon left hanging (no management control given over TCA Cresent), IHSI induced by TCA's false intent, misrepresentations and perilous pretenses. TCA continuously changing the terms to fit their schemes. This was NOT consensual. Just dirty, cutthroat and damaging acts by TCA to IHSI and its SH.
