Oh, they know...my guess...they are utilizing it to entice some new companies into the fray...simply they want the shares to give them to new companies/individuals so they can gain some ownership....I have no problem with this, but the BILLION Authorized is a non-starter for true investment from outside shareholders...and this is the main reason no one will touch it. They do not have nearly this many in the float, or does not appear on OTC markets to reflect this. In short, they know...whether they address this for the retail shareholder will tell a larger story. And not through a R/S which destroys current shareholders, but simply a buyback or cancelling of shares...in short, they know or should know....

Having learned my painful lessons from many years trading, I have seen almost everything....this is one OTC security that has solid potential...now will they actually reward investors or do like so many other OTC companies out there, thank shareholders and then destroy their value...we will see. As indicated, I trimmed my count based on the inaction in relation to share structure and mired PPS. Have no issues increasing my count again, but not until something fundamentally changes with share structure.
