What was the O/S pre split? What was the split amount? How many restricted do they have?

These are questions you can find the answer too. Don't say "nobody knows the float" - Sir I do, not by doing this math myself, but I see these updated counts via scans. The float is very tiny here.

They can only issue so many shares per day depending on previous 10 day volume. If volume hits, they won't have the ability to issue shares fast enough to keep this less than 4M float ticker price this low.
