St. Pete, Tampa and Plant City all have developments called Midtown. The Midtown Tampa is HUGE. The Midtown Plant City also very big project just half way to Lakeland. This first of it's kind as far as I know small town redevelopment will be a guide for the enewal of hundreds of small city redevelopments in Florida. Many can now work from home so it's great to be "Near " a town but still have nice small town living Like what is coming to the MidTown Plant City.
