Is this HDC last resort to try and stay alive or make enough squeaky sounds and maybe get oiled? We really have a lot going for us if you look at the human side of this but the legal side has the hairs on the back of my neck standing.
I see this case as a make or break closeout sale? Look at the patent life, age and expertise of the company and of course the terrible history but not to include George H McGovern III in that mess. I must say honestly (my opinion) that we will never be a corporation we were seeking so many years ago and for those who disagree you haven’t been around these corporations nor understand all that it takes to accomplish that task however, I must say that it is very possible to have some realistic spikes in share price depending upon event that may transpire. We have always known traders in/out contribute so let it rip when that times comes again and have realistic movements with your holdings.
With everything that Intel is accused and done my hope is that when it finally is time that Judge Albright will allow an extensive amount of discovery but where will that begin and end and at what depth. This in my thought is one of the main factors in the case and can easily be seen by the documentations that HDC has filed. The human factors side is for HDC by at least 90 percent but what part will the human fact play verse the discovery factors and discovery depth.
Not out of the woods by far! …. What will Intel do, believe me they will open up this area in a huge way. Now for those reading this it has nothing to do with owning the patent, of course we own the patent and it is totally ours. PATENTABILITY means something else and may extend into a possible appeal case.
What is needed is Intel and HDC to come to an agreement with royalties from filing date onward. Why? 4 years left on patent and we expect Intel to buy us out? I think not however I might be still wet behind the ears even at my age.
