One share of ELRA today represents 1.35 trillion shares on April 6, 2009. Of course there weren't that many shares back then - so many reverse splits. This is an absolute case of total disregard of the Shareholders in a company. History repeats itself when Corporate Officers with this type of record are allowed to continue their scams and export them.
