OTCQB qualifying filing came out last night and the outstanding notes are very favorable for an OTC company. Only a 25% discount on the average share price for the 20 days before conversion.

I’ve never seen anything less than 50% and most of the time it is 60-80% for the average or lowest share price in the 30 days before conversion.

It’s rare that note holders believe in an OTC company. It’s also positive to see that the individual who holds a majority of the notes still has not converted notes from back in March.

It’s pretty crazy seeing the share price was over a penny just weeks ago and she could have converted on the initial run in the .002 range, but hasn’t.

This company has huge potential. Every time I think of just selling and moving on to the next, there is something that comes out that reinforces my belief that this stock has .05+ potential.
