The average daily volume is only around 100k - 150k.
The average weekly volume is only around 200k - 250k.
The average monthly volume is only around 300k - 400k.
(IMO), Not sure the average volumes indicate anything other than the stock is doing what it is suppose to do, keep trading fluidly. Regardless, (IMO) a stock has to trade so many shares daily, weekly and monthly in order to maintain trading status.
(Not sure about the OTC and BB, but I believe the NASDAQ and NYSE both have to maintain minimum $$$ value and number of share trades to continue to be listed).
(IMO), Keep in mind that the number of trades shown traded at the end of the day, (example- 100 shares traded, in reality only 50 actual shares were traded. One share traded, is counted two times. Once for the sell and once for the buy.
