What’s to respond to? We knew they were “almost” done with the notes, and less than 50 mil added in July shows that wasn’t a lie. Sure, it’s dilution, but it was way less than many expected, and certainly shuts up the people claiming they were dumping 500 million shares last month. Overall it was a very good sign as it shows dilution was minor, soaked up into the float, and had little impact (in the grand scheme of things) on overall share price.
