The best way is to compile a list of symbols and watch them. I use stockfetcher and E*Trade pro scans to find some I may overlook but mostly, personally, I find trading off watchlists low stress and more profitable. Some guys can do the scalp momentum thing but in this market it’s not for me. Atleast until market sees some actual volatility which is all but dead at the moment.
