I think it more likely that there will be a significant Phase 2. If the results of the Phase 2 are better than Remdesivir, I would expect Brilacidin to start being used under an Emergency Use Authorization while Phase 3 (or 4) trials proceed (like happened with Remdesivir).

I wonder if Brilacidin will go straight to phase 3 trial? any thoughts? I know it says phase 2 but they seem to be doing a lot of testing at the RBLS.
