Outstanding shares 10-12 billion is too high. IPO would be a dismal disaster. In the Whitney Tilson article “the next 9 bagger” he does a pretty good calculation. Tilson carefully calculates the final number of outstanding shares at 7 billion. Tilson knows his stuff.
