Announcing this so close to the 10Q lead me to believe that there is big news in the 10Q. Nothing else makes sense to me with the timing. They could have easily announced this after the 10Q. Worst thing we can do is freak out and panic sell. Ask yourselves why the r/s now, before the 10Q, and such a small one at that? Nah, something is cooking here so relax, let this play out and think with clear heads not with fear. I am not saying all is good here. I am saying the timing is odd and there has to be some thought given to why.
