Covid is a global problem. He may want others to contact him for trials outside of the US. All he has to do is fund this first trial. It should be relatively quick.

Hopefully, others might want to help fund a trial in their home country. No telling what comes out with time.

It surely appears IPIX is going the solo route for trial with hope of finding a partner. Why else would Leo keep asking for anyone interested to contact them in press releases. Very odd with a trial in planning stages.
