Bob.....you are precisely correct. Look at his possible scenario: We lose our investments and go cry, they lose their reputations, their credibility, bad publicity, potential criminal sanctions and finally SEC and legal issues. That not a good business trade from a billionairs point of view. This all depends on our willingness to fight.
