note look at the chart it is with in a trading rrange. Some of the owners are flippers. It gets to the top of the range they sell and reby as it gets near the bottom. TYhey build a core of "free" or nearly free shares. This works very well if hey are in a IRA tax freee acount so the can take small profits if need be.
Keep in mind many dont expect any news B4 mid October. WHat occured with DPHC was unexpected. We could see another pop on Thursday when Trump is in OH and may mention ordstown or maybe even work horse. We haven't been back to the 22.90. I would expect we remain range bound now between 16.50 and maybe 19 which gives flippers a lot or room.
