About the only one that could be negative about the merger or this announcement would be someone shorting this stock.

If that applies to you , knock yourself out.

For everyone else, management has positioned us very nicely for the weeks ahead. Just because buying didn't start in earnest with this announcement,(which is very surprising since Agoda is essentially the Booking.com of Asia), doesn't mean it won't start on the next announcement.

Be patient. When the merger is finalized we no longer will be a start up company.
