Will this mean that UHC will accept and pay for all future Calmare treatment cases associated with CRPS, or will they proceed on a case-by-case basis?

How will the State of California Dept of Insurance now proceed as well?

Under the circumstances, if this is viewed as a decision that approves Calmare for CRPS treatments, why has there not been a much bigger jump in share price (although volume is up more than usual)?
