AMA there are approx. 70,000 SCD sufferers in the United States. Where you get your information? SCDAA says different. With Millions in Nigeria suffering, Xechem will be focused there for several years before exporting anywhere else. Possibly other African Nations. Since the Nicosan Patent is owned by Nigerian Government then that is to be expected.
