They issued an 8-K for the deal that we need to read and understand. We got a pop but still stuck between 8 and 10 cents. I think there must be limited upside or it would have taken off by now, but, there could also be a lid on this if notes are being converted which we dont know but will get an update by maybe thursday from OTC Markets. Pricing on notes would be around maybe 3 cents and so the lenders would be taking advantage of that I would think
