It is either dilution or conversions.

Either way IGEN trades with a lead yoke around its neck, and every uptick is like pulling teeth.

It is worse now than it was before. I mean, they used to let it make some decent moves up.

I like that we’re green today, but it’s just too hard for this poor ticker.
