I do understand that and also we have a depression on the way, the biggest in history I believe, so I do understand Leo's need to secure financing beforehand.

I would have preferred Leo waiting until the peer review have been done and then done a private placement once the share price reached a multiple of todays price.

At least Leo has full control over when he wants to sell any shares to them, so hopefully he will hold off until higher prices are reached, limiting the flood of shares coming onto the market.
