jaesmooth, the 1.509 billion shares needed to pay off notes was calculated at a much higher share price. The 10-Q will show how many of the 29,000,000 new shares issued by BBRW each trading day actually went to paying off that debt. It is possible that very few shares were issued for that purpose.
