Sometimes all that's happening with the renewal of a registration or other seemingly significant filing followed by sudden, inexplicable volume, is a CEO is casting out a lure in a pond full of investors, many of whom have been hooked before.

My advice: DON'T BITE!

I am fairly confident that something must be with the designation of the new Series C Preferred stock
