To me it was perfect for them to put out unrealistic PRs knowing they could use covid as an excuse. That proved to be true. The dilution from 34mil to 60mil ish is when I warned of heavy dilution. Then NO PR has accumulated to anything ever. Massive PR pumps and massive dilution with bbrw, typical otc tactics. YES, there will be runs, but that’s where charting comes in.
