The U.S. Hemp Roundtable has been meeting with White House officials to discuss the forthcoming guidance on CBD products from the U.S. Federal Drug Administration (FDA). We hope to ensure that the WH and the #FDA establish regulatory certainty for the sale of #CBD products and to provide a safe harbor for products that are manufactured according to all other FDA requirements.
As discussions progress, we will share what information we can about the potential pathway forward.
