Usually the unaudited Qs will be done primarily in house and then an out side glance or questions may occur especially on any issues you might want advice on. On those that just use the Lawyers letter on their Non-audited Ks they will get a lawyers review letter but nothing on the Qs.

I would expect that the PCT CFO has put the Q1 together already and we will see it in the next week...won't get hung up by outside activity.
