The UPS order was in 2018 I believe. as part of their work on Horsefly which is still continuing

they had to hit the pause button to get financing in place as they were over stretched in too many directions - hence the Lordstown IP sell off and the Surefly octocopter they sold off as well.

check out filing from 2019 to see they were making trucks then but small volume. - only this year did they secure the $70m financing to enable them to ramp up to meet UPS demand.

Not sure where you get the $88,000 its more like $88,000,000 in cash.
