...and my question to Kyle is, did SGMD approve any of the content?

The Agreement provided for mutual releases and indemnities."

.."controlling position"..Oh really?..Did Kyle come up with this wording himself, or spoonfed?..:)

..couple hub locations?..Again, oh really? Because a phone call last week to Sacramento Budcars facility confirmed only ONE hub presently..and phone conversation previously noted on ihub..So, how'd Kyle determine a couple Budcars hubs exist? Does Jimmy have to do a contract with each hub as it is developed? Or, is a couple hubs plain spotty reporting?

...May13 "controlling position" language evolves into May14 "controlling stake"..Need to review early May ihub postings to see if (51%) "controlling interest" talk was the flavor of those days..and SGMD responded?..was this controlling talk spontaneous from the author or company prompts?..:)

..There's that mention of two Sacramento Bud hubs again..Now, is there only one hub that was confirmed in last week Budcars phone conversation, or is there something else contract wise we don't know about?.Btw, Bud rep was adament that she was not at liberty to divulge any Bud location outside of 5600 Warehouse Way.

..sure seems like since the ihub board shared Budcars revenue concerns hitting SGMD books, there has been a lot of promos released emphasizing SGMD controlling interest in Budcars..??

..It took the boys a while, but Budcars finally evolved from May13 "controlling position"..to May14 "controlling stake" ..to July14 "controlling interest"..I suspect all by design..:)

...Hmmmmmmm, seems the PR has been reduced in simply referring to "its stake in Budcars"..??..likely preparing us for Jimmy's recent 8k just two days later confirming SGMD only owns 40%..dispelling the (intentional) misleading previous PR misinformation that SGMD owned Budcars controlling interest..Significant chit!
