I am aware of Boehner stance, and that is positive. I just don’t think, with the current state of animosity, Trump will sign the Democratic bill. He could have saved face if he was able to get it approved while still controlling the Senate, or a home run if he had done it when they controlled both. Now it would need to be veto proof.

Tell me this. Honest question. Why don’t Republicans support legalization? Is it a religious thing?

I live in tobacco state (and a red state, although more middle to leaning blue now), and it feels to me farmers are missing the opportunity to cash in on this crop.
