New calculation here is $0.48 per share

$16.8 million in revenue is their former company worth
(this will probably be much higher with the new products, but we'll stick to the $16.8 million rev. valuation now)

Market cap valuation of:
4x revenue: $16.8 million * 4 = $67.2 million in market cap value

$67.2 million / 140 million outstanding shares = $0.48 per share

We won't reach $0.48 immediately after the merger closes.
It will take some time for all the historical financials and their new products to be available.
But once all of that takes place, and market price correction happens after merger, this will eventually hit $0.48 per share.

And probably grow from there, as they expand.
You may want to save half of your shares for dollar land, or at least half-dollar land.
