$525k nabs the other Budcars 30%..If Bud doing $11m+ in next 12 months with 46% gross margins, why wouldn't you find a way to put that on SGMD books asap? Concern is there is much more in the Bud agreement other than $525k to obtain the 30% option..Jimmy had a history with the $30m+ Bizright acquisition of releasing periodic Agreement surprises along the way.

BTW, last count Jimmy owns about $13.5m NUGS (172m shares)..
