In my onion he is committing fraud. We haven't seen the way they calculated our warrants value into HYMCW. Thats how he will make a killing on this unless he is stopped by the courts. It behooves him to take chance with getting away with it his lawyers are either incompetent which I doubt or very calculating. In the end they may say mea culpa but his is wrong as they are intentionally screwing HYCTW holders.
