One needs to really look critically at this company especially if your long, and that starts with SEC filings. I've seen other companies before, simply string share holders along with fluff PR's like non-disclosure BS, and merger BS, that never come to fruition........EVER!! Only announced, period. The share price will indeed be the best indicator where this stock is going, not fluff pr's or pie in the sky forecasts.
I'm long, since 2017 and I have no interest in seeing this crash, but I'll never lie just to get others to invest and turn this into a ponzi scheme so I can get out with a profit or break even. Not my style.
