Whatever the case...The facts are the facts...and it”s very real....The shares are still intact and uncancelled by way of amendment from the “ qualified bidder “...It appears that NEVER happened...and that was long ago..unless someone has a legitimate document stating otherwise...It was conditional in being qualified...That went for every other “ qualified bidder “....
