I dont know what to think at this point, I mean the market jumped to 10 cents but already back down to 8 cents, my only conclusion is that people dont believe it will go through. then the next Q is what does the company do next without its assets.

One thing I am thinking is that the lack of notes conversions may have been intentional, and the note holders were somehow told not to submit conversion notices knowing this was coming, I just dont know.
