Wow ! Dated 7/7/20 - only about 30 short days ago end of this week. Things are moving a bit slow now due to all this "COVID STUFF".

BUT, looks rock solid that the plaintiff will have this in the hands of a first rate "collection agency pro" any time, any day here now. NO ONE is going to leave $600K in chips on the table, when they'e backed now by a rock solid court ordered judgement. Not a chance in hell.

CELZ doesn't have enough cash left to fight off an attack of cockroaches at that "World headquarters" dump of a residential house using a can of RAID LOL !!

Thus, looks to me like BK and a collection firm/attorney who's going to hunt-down and "collect" on every dollar the "boys" have hidden in the seat cushions and all their micro LLC's they created and anything else of value.

CELZ is a shell-corpse for all intents and purposes now (well, really has been the case for a looong time - but this, this cements it in stone now for sure)

FINAL NAIL IN THE COFFIN MOMENT for ole CELZ if you ask me.

ONLY "WHEN" NOW - not "if". They fold up this house of bad cards called CELZ and re-invent themselves down the road at the next strip club and start the con all over again.

Who knows- a phone app, a miracle pill cure for baldness or a COVID cure solution using nano particles LOL !! They've probably already got the next con on the hot burner would be my guess.

WTF, whatever "it" is - "it" will just be the "new con" as vapid as this one, as that's what these clown do, and they do it in spades and have been doing it for as long as one wants to look in the rear view mirror :)
