I sold this morning on the 10K and took a loss...

the 10 K is very revealing.....

413,816,252 WARRANTS with 2 -5 years remaining that will generate $220,015 to the company and effectively almost double the shares Issued and Outstanding!!!

Those 413 MILLION Warrants are worth over $16 million to the holders and they will pay $221,015 for them!!!!!
