I do... they lied... this stock is a scam...

This actually just received a 10 cent price target just before it started going down from the .0033 range. Makes no sense! Also the same statement said that this was one of the most shorted sub penny out there and shorts need to cover hoping to see this go under .03. Any one want to elaborate on this?
