AND, AND, AND some worthless, "Hey, we gots us a new patent" a blah blah is NOT going to fix this scam-n-con. "Filing patents" (worthless toilet paper) is as old of a penny-con as time itself LMAO !!

CELZ doesn't have enough cash in their empty bank account or at world headquarters (cough cough the run-down residential house dump on a bad Arizona side-street) to blow out a wet birthday candle:)

When the inside boys need to "stir up the volume" machine a bit to get the LETS PRINT-n-DUMP SOME SHARES machine running in high gear- what do they do???

ISSUE A VAPID PUMP-a-PR ABOUT NOTHING. Oh, like say, "HEYS, WE GOT A NEW PATENT THINGY !!" - it's not worth anything, it's 8 to 10 yrs from a REMOTE chance in hell at FDA approval and would need oh $200 MILLION to get there- but the patent office stamped the mothership boys a piece of paper - so lets run a mini P&D and get ready to reverse split this trash and get us 4 insiders boys some fast cash = THAT is the penny con game in spade. And the CELZ boys are serial cons at said game :)

The DEBTS OWED = $CELZ is BURIED so deep (corpse deep), one can toss um a shovel in the hole and say, "Here, here this should help you dig your way out from that hole you're in" LMFAO !! "Just dig down and maybe you can climb out !!" :)

That plaintiff merely needs to file a "motion to collect" now- and they can literally BK CELZ in an instant and force them to liquidate.

The plaintiff knows they'll NEVER SEE A DIME FROM the cons at CELZ - thus the right and logical thing to do is LIQUIDATE THEM as a matter of principal and ethics and scrape every penny one can get.

Go after any remaining cash, literally sell the house (headquarters), sell computers, cars, anything they can get for pennies on the dollar.

It's what I'd do - and MAYBE they, the plaintiff, can force a sale of this bullshit "IP Portfolio" and get $50K for it or whatever.

I'd even try a claw-back if it was me- go for the personal assets of the 3 or 4 cons who run this scam, go after the D&O insurance they carry as public traded officers - just turn over every seat cushion for pennies and BUST UM BROKE so they at least lose this cash cow scam they're milking right now.

$600K COURT ORDERED JUDGEMENT signed by the judge now and CELZ has on its best day- what, like $30K or $40K cash on the balance sheet and just accounts payable alone (bills due ASAP in 30 days or so) of $300K or more, LMAO

They're BUSTED BROKE already- thus this plaintiff might as well BUST UM TO FULL BK as the moral and right thing to do. I'd do it in a heart beat if they F-d me over like these clowns have done to the plaintiff and all the "investors" they've conned for gawd knows how many years.

Yep, looks like a BK filing is in their future- if they just don't fold up the card tables and yanks the phone line and head for the Mexican border or whatever.
