Where does it say Hagen is not a co-conspirator?

There’s suggestion from the quotes I provided that Hagen, or someone with law credentials who is noted to be POTN CEO is indeed co-conspirator #8.

As far as the shares are concerned, they can only claw back what they haven’t sold, and were able to deposit into US brokerage accounts and is still sitting there (hard to believe that would be the case), since shares are DWAC’d from TA when they’re able to be deposited and sold.
