The grades are not necessarily spectacular as we typically need grades that are an order of magnitude greater for economic viability. However, they may point to a source with much higher concentrations. The company should definitely explore further to see if it can find and estimate the mother load. They can then decide if they want to mine themselves, lease it, etc.

This has to help with some extra leverage to obtain more favorable refinancing, which I think is coming.
