Noticed one MM PHDC is getting off the bench. They have been sitting with bids at 0.02 and asks at 1.00, now they are jumping in at bid of 0.12 and ask of 0.18. VIEW seems to be moving out of the way. They had been in the thick of it yesterday and this morning. Something is going on.
